It's not what you look at that matters; it's what you see.

Being blind is about not only not seeing nature, a friend or a love one; there is no one more blind than someone who can see beyond the superficial. It's that peculiar characteristic that is greater than black, white or brown skin that denotes what person really is.

If you only see what is in front of you, you open yourself up to be hoodwinked by the simplest of characters. A diamond to you might be just as zirconium, and white gold may be only silver. Listen to their intentions with your mind’s eye, then you will learn the true nature of that person and avoid the transgression of being ignorant.

"When you hear a man say I "hate" and add the name of some race, religion, social class, nation, you are dealing with a belated mind."

Many times without knowing anything about another person, I often hear the word "hate" used to define that person. I see a person walk into a room and just because they look or sound different, they are greeted with turned up noses. This is why the need for education is so important, because without it, people become and remain xenophobic. Without taking the time to learn about someone else, many people jump to conclusions, that are usually wrong. If we educate ourselves, we educate our posterity to accept all the differences in diversity.

To latecomers are left the bones

When you procrastinate, you are left with very few options on how you can proceed. There is no doubt, that when you are late you are late, and to latecomers are left the bones. Circumstances may be the reason for your lateness, but the other person waiting on you does not care about your circumstance. They care about making a deal, making a buck, and they care about their valuable time.

Some people say that when you are late you could have missed something bad or tragic. I say, when you are late, you miss a part of the destiny for your life. You miss a chance to be great. You miss the opportunity to be somebody. So now, the food that was on the table is already eaten, and all that is left are the bones. Bones do not have much nutrients, and that is what you get when you are late -- bones

What is marriage but prostitution to one man instead of many.

Is marriage really is coming together of two individual people, or a selling out of one to the other? Is it what you as a woman believes about yourself, or is it what society say about you? The question has been asked, what is marriage, but prostitution to one man instead of many?

On many levels, the life of a prostitute is incomparable to the life of a wife. A wife has security of tenure -- as it were, not so with a prostitute. A wife has the love of a husband and children and family and friends -- not so with a prostitute. A wife does not have to hide to enjoy the pleasure of sexual intimacy--not so with a prostitute. A wife at the end of the day, has her health, wealth of worth, and dignity – not so with a prostitute.

Declaration of Basketballers

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for a few NBA players to stand up for the rights of the many, we deemed it necessary to showcase our position to acquire equality and subsistence for not only we the representatives, but for all current members, and those who will come thereafter, to attain the self same benefits we propose.

We hold these truths to be indubitable, that no one man shall hold us hostage or prevent us from attaining those benefits that we hold so dear to our bosoms. We are determined that we shall not fail or falter in our objectives to garner an agreement that will ultimately protect our livelihoods and our nuclei of families.

To assert the statements we declare that:

He has viewed us as the least deserving group.

He has have repeatedly lied to us.

He has refused to come to any amicable agreement.

He has forced many of our members to travel overseas as an alternative.

He has stolen the dreams of many of our gifted young recruits.

At every point in our subjugation, we have sought remedy in the most tranquil way: Our request have only been met with more obduracy. One of such untrustworthy character, whose mannerism is that of an overlord, is unfit to lead in such delicate a matter as this.

Now we are ready to stand up on the pinnacle of justice against this injustice. We send a stern warning that we will not any longer tarry with such tardiness. We have appeal, time and again, to the spirit of a good conscience that should reside in the home of a good heart.

We now therefore petition to a higher power, if there be such, to provide us with such divine providence that will bring swift resolution to our grievance. We stand ready to disband from such modern tyranny and form a union that would be lasting and beneficial to all and sundry.
